Jillian allegedly filed for divorce, TMZ claims. She asked for joint custody of their children, a 12-year-old girl and 7-year-old twin boys. Jillian also reportedly wants spousal and child support.
Unfortunately, the couple does not have a prenup. Patrick, 49, is worth approximately $40 million, which means she may be entitled to half of that.

“It remains to be seen whether it will be amicable,” a source tells TMZ.
Apparently, Jillian has had a problem with Patrick’s alleged ego for quite some time, the site also claims. “She’s all about the kids,” the source added.
Maybe Patrick now has a reason, more than ever, to stick with Grey’s Anatomy.

Patrick Dempsey Leaving ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ For Good?

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, the actor has been considering leaving the ABC series.
In an interview, published Nov. 12, 2014, the actor told the Portland Press Herald that he’d be leaving the series “very soon.”
But a steady job means more money to pay spousal and child support, if things come to that point. Plus, we’d hate to see Patrick leave our favorite show!
It’s a shame that Patrick and Jillian couldn’t make it work. They both come from the same business and seemed like such a great couple.
Jillian is a famous makeup artist. She began her professional career in the 1990’s, and eventually began working on movie sets, according to Heavy.com. She now works with A-list clients. Jillian was Avon’s first Global Creative Color Director, and she has her own high-end cosmetics line!
Patrick and Jillian were married on July 31, 1999. He was previously married to Rocky Parker, 27 years his senior, from 1987 to 1994.
