John Stones is heading for another transfer war after Everton insisted they will NOT let him leave Goodison Park for a second summer running.

Stones, 22 , is a big-money target for Manchester City and the England defender is ready to push to be sold once more, having seen interest from Chelsea last year blocked despite him asking to go.
