“Justin wasn’t trying out a new album…you saw he did a cover though. And yes, he will do it again, but who knows when since this was all over the press.  State was his ‘safe place,'” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Justin performed a handful of songs during the set — “Home to Mama,” his duet with Cody Simpson, and a cover of  “I’ll Be” by Edwin McCain. He also sang one or two other songs, which sounded like new tracks. However, our source didn’t confirm whether they are from Justin’s next album.
Should Justin Bieber perform more new music?
It’s a bummer that Justin no longer feels safe at the State Social House — well, safe enough to surprise fans with an acoustic concert. Perhaps he’ll pick a different venue the next time. And we certainly hope he does because the unheard tracks he played sounded incredible!
