Arturo Vidal is set to move to Arsenal for £25million in the summer.
Website SoccerLens reports the news, quoting South American journalist Hernan Feler.
Feler tweeted: “After the Copa America of Chile, the arrival of Arturo Vidal in the Arsenal will be made official. It is fully closed. He will be companion of Alexis."
Juve are keen to free up funds to sign the likes of Edinson Cavani and other Arsenal target Paulo Dybala.
Wenger wants title challenge
After watching his side dismantle West Brom, Arsene Wenger challenged Arsenal ahead of next year: "We want more!"
Theo Walcott excelled as the Gunners' out and out front man scoring three first-half goals with a stunning display of finishing in a 4-1 win.
"We had a slow start to the season, but progressively, we got stronger, and from January onwards we got competitive," Wenger said.
"We have qualified directly for next season's Champions League. But we want more. We want to challenge for the Premier League title."
