Hazard has made eight appearances against Liverpool, scoring four times, including the penalty at Anfield in the League Cup semi-final first leg this season.
Chelsea confirmed the title last week with victory over Crystal Palace, while Liverpool have a slim chance of achieving a top-four finish should they win this game and their two remaining fixtures thereafter. They go into the weekend four points—and goal difference—behind Manchester United.
