Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho rules out bid for Paul Pogba - and compares him to the Eiffel Tower

Paul Pogba

Chelsea will not be pursuing Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba this summer, Jose Mourinho has confirmed.

The 22-year-old is a target of a number of top European clubs, including Manchester City, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.
However, while Mourinho admires the Frenchman, he doesn't envisage the Blues entering the race to sign him.
“Pogba is one of the top players in the world," said Mourinho. "Pogba goes to any team and improves that team automatically.
"I think everybody has an interest in Pogba. But there are things you can do and things you cannot do.
"I love the Eiffel Tower but I can’t have the Eiffel Tower in my garden. I can’t even have the Eiffel Tower of Las Vegas.”
While he did rule out a move for Pogba, Mourinho refused to do the same regarding the Blues' interest in Everton's John Stones.
