Guardiola the coming Manchester United manager.

Van Gaal's use of Giggs 'unbelievable'

Louis van Gaal has been urged to hand more responsibility to Ryan Giggs.
Giggs is seen as the natural successor to Van Gaal at Manchester United after being appointed as his assistant when the Dutchman arrived last summer.
But former Holland international striker Wim Kieft feels United legend Giggs is playing only a peripheral role at Old Trafford – and that Van Gaal relies too heavily on his Dutch coaches Frans Hoek and Albert Stuivenberg.
Kieft, now a TV pundit in his homeland, said: “No one in Holland could believe what we saw when United played PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League [last Tuesday].
“Ryan Giggs was nowhere to be seen, and he is the one man on Van Gaal’s coaching staff who has played more matches at top level than any of the other coaches and has major experience."

Louis van Gaal has given Adnan Januzaj assurances that he has a glittering futurewith Manchester United.
Belgian midfielder Januzaj has been sent to Borussia Dortmund on a season-long loan after United turned down several offers from other top European clubs to buy him.
Sunday Mirror Sport understands the 20-year-old was so shocked to be shipped off to Germany that he feared his days at the Old Trafford giants were numbered.
But Van Gaal has taken time to allay those fears - and has done the same with Tyler Blackett after the young defender was loaned to Scottish champions Celtic.
Boss LVG has also made it clear to striker James Wilson that his plan to send him out on loan for the season is nothing sinister and that it will help his football education.
Louis van Gaal has confirmed that he WILL walk away from Manchester United in 2017.
The 64-year-old Dutchman, who signed a three-year contract when he arrived at Old Trafford last summer, insists he will not be reversing his decision to retire in 18 months’ time.
But while Van Gaal is grooming his No 2 Ryan Giggs to be the next Old Trafford manager, those above him have other ideas.
Sunday Mirror Sport understands Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola is also on their radar.
Former Barcelona boss Guardiola is refusing to sign a new deal and is planning to quit the German giants at the end of this season.
